Vivienne Tam Complaint

very rude store personnel
We made 2 visits to Vivienne. Tam flagship store at 40 Mercer St in Soho. My daughter liked one of the dresses she saw in the store window and returned 2 days in a row to try on the very expensive dress for her sister's wedding. The Store Manager named Veronica was rude, indifferent and nasty. When we asked to use a bathroom, we were directed to a filthy Starbucks when the store personnel said they had no bathroom for customers. Not a smile, apology, or desire to accommodate. This is not the kind of service to expect from a couture store.
